Full-Time Licensed Clinicians

(Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

We are a premier, cutting-edge intensive outpatient services program located in McLean, VA. We are seeking full-time licensed clinicians (Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with specialized skills and interest in teens (12-18 year-olds) and parent/family work. Strong consideration will be given to therapists with experience in DBT and ACT for the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside other seasoned clinicians and psychiatrists in a collaborative and professional environment. Therapists will have the opportunity to receive advanced training in DBT, Mentalization, ACT, and the SPACE program through McLean Hospital, the Anna Freud Centre, and the Yale Child Study Center.

The Helix Center was founded in response to the growing mental health crisis among adolescents and their families. Our team brings a combined experience of over 50 years evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and young adults in the Washington DC metro area. There is room for career advancement as we grow, and we expect to expand our services to children and young adults.
