Autistic Teen Group Overview
Own Your Way is a weekly group at the Helix Center that offers autistic teens a supportive space to learn, connect, and be fully themselves.
A Group That Gets You
Own Your Way is a weekly therapy group for autistic teens where they can show up as their authentic selves and build meaningful connections and practical life skills.
This group helps teens strengthen their sense of agency — both in relationship with themselves and others — through developing self-understanding and self-advocacy, navigating the nuances of relationships, and practicing meaningful self-care.
Helix thoughtfully designs each group with its participants in mind. Groups are small (6 or fewer participants) and led by skilled therapists with experience supporting and affirming neurodivergent teens.
